含混合储能的微电网能量管理系统控制策略

         

摘要

Considering that the output of renewable energy sources has the characteristics of randomness and intermit⁃tence,its fluctuation can be stabilized effectively by the microgrid with energy storage devices. In this paper,a con⁃trol strategy for microgrid energy management system is proposed,which includes a hybrid energy storage composed of lithium battery and super capacitor. By observing the realtime condition of renewable energy sources and energy stor⁃age devices,and changing the operation mode of the hybrid energy storage system,the proposed strategy can stabilize the output of renewable energy sources,control the exchange power between microgrid and major grid,prolong the cy⁃cle life of energy storages,and save the operation cost. Written with Qt Creator programming language,the manage⁃ment system is applied to the operation of a real microgrid,validating its feasibility.%可再生能源输出功率具有随机性与间歇性的特点,利用含储能装置的微电网可以有效平抑可再生能源输出的波动。本文提出了一种含锂电池与超级电容器组成的混合储能系统的微电网能量管理系统控制策略。该系统通过对可再生能源和储能设备运行状态的实时判断,调整混合储能系统的运行方式,实现可再生能源分布式接入时功率输出的平稳,并控制微电网与大电网交换功率的稳定,在此基础上尽可能延长混合储能设备的循环寿命,节约可再生能源(或微电网)的运行成本。采用Qt Creator语言编写能量管理系统程序,应用于实际微电网中运行,验证了该能量管理系统控制策略的可行性。
