考虑分布式发电波动性的有源配电网故障恢复策略

     

摘要

Due to the output volatility of distributed generations(DGs),e.g.,wind power,the service restoration in dis-tribution network will be seriously affected. To solve this problem,a service restoration strategy for distribution network considering the output volatility of DGs is presented in this paper. First,to form a reasonably operating island,an is-land partitioning algorithm is proposed based on the combination of depth-first search(DFS)and breadth-first search (BFS). Second,quasi-Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the output volatility of DGs,and a reconfiguration model for service restoration is established based on chance constrained programming,which is further solved using NSGA2 algorithm. At last,an IEEE 33-node system is adopted as a numerical example. Results show that the proposed algo-rithm can make full use of the maximum output of intermittent DGs,and the best solution can be compromised among multiple reconfiguration optimization results,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.%风电等分布式电源(DG)出力的波动性对配电网故障恢复产生很大影响.本文提出一种计及DG出力波动性的配电网故障恢复策略.首先为了形成合理运行的孤岛,提出一种深度优先搜索与广度优先搜索相结合的孤岛划分算法;然后提出利用拟蒙特卡洛方法模拟DG出力的波动性,建立基于机会约束规划的故障恢复重构模型,并利用NSGA2算法进行求解.最后以IEEE 33节点系统进行算例分析,结果表明本文所提方法可以充分发挥间歇性DG的最大出力,并且能在多个重构优化结果中折中出最优方案,验证了本文所提策略的有效性.
