厚壁筒双轴向表面裂纹尖端应力强度因子影响因素的研究

     

摘要

The formula of double axial surface cracks' stress intensity factors considering the influencing factors was proposed based on the analysis of previous researches on interactions of arbitrarily distributed multiple cracks in plate and stress intensity factors calculation of single axial surface cracks in thick walled cylinders. According to finite element method, stress intensity factors of double axial surface cracks in thick walled cylinders were calculated in different situations and variation of them due to variation of thick cylinders thickness ratio, cracks' depth ratio and angular between double axial surface cracks were analyzed. The results show that all influencing factors considered in the formula of double axial surface cracks' stress intensity factors have different effects and the stress intensity factors formula of double axial surface cracks in thick - walled cylinder is reasonable. The study work in this article has important reference value for accurate calculation of crack growth rate to double cracks in thick walled cylinders of structures and reasonable safety evaluation of structures with thick - walled cylinder.%在现有文献对平面结构任意分布多裂纹间相互作用影响因素及厚壁筒轴向表面单裂纹尖端应力强度因子分析的基础上,提出了包含裂纹尖端应力强度因子影响因素的厚壁筒双轴向表面裂纹尖端应力强度因子公式.根据有限元方法,利用ANSYS软件对不同厚壁筒壁厚比、不同裂纹深度比及不同裂纹夹角情况下双轴向表面裂纹尖端应力强度因子进行了计算,分析了不同因素改变时厚壁筒双轴向表面裂纹尖端应力强度因子的变化规律.分析结果表明,厚壁筒壁厚比、裂纹深度比及裂纹夹角对双轴向表面裂纹尖端应力强度因子都有不同程度的影响,证明了厚壁筒双轴向表面裂纹尖端应力强度因子公式的合理性,对工程实际中精确计算含双轴向表面裂纹厚壁筒结构中裂纹扩展速率及合理评价含厚壁筒结构安全性具有参考价值.
