面内循环弯矩作用下内压筒体斜接管结构棘轮边界的确定

         

摘要

Orthogonal experimental design method was used to programme the calculation scheme for the ratchetting doundaries determination of 16 models of pressurized lateral nozzle to cylinder with various dimensions. With the calculated results, ratchetting bounadries were fitted as a series of quadratic functions. And the corelations between the coefficients in the quadratic functions and the dimensionless structural parameters were worked out by multi factor regression. The effects of structure diemnsions on the ratchetting boundary were discussed. The empirical equations thus obtained were suggested as the ratchetting boundaries of this kind of structure which would be helpful for the anti ratchetting design.%利用正交设计方法,确定了16个内压简体斜接管结构的尺寸参数,采用MJS模型按照等效塑性应变增量控制法对这些结构在面内循环弯矩作用下的棘轮边界进行了计算,并采用最小二乘法对无量纲化的棘轮边界进行了拟合.利用多元回归分析法找到了拟合公式中各系数与结构参数的关系,从而确定了内压斜接管结构棘轮边界的经验公式.根据此式,讨论了不同的结构参数对棘轮边界的影响.
