矩形微通道内单相液体湍流对流流动与换热数值研究

     

摘要

The fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics on the rectangular micro -channels of different hydraulic diameter were investigated with three -dimensional numerical simulation by using CFD .And the properties of 100 μm micro-channel were studied in detail .Results show that:when the reynolds are same,resistance coefficients are increasing as the hydraulic diameter increased;While Nu and pressure drop are gradually reducing when the hydraulic diameter increased .Along the direction of flowing , the temperature of cross section is gradually increasing .The results could provide reference for analysis and design of micro-channels and microscale heat exchangers .%  采用CFD方法对不同当量直径矩形微通道内微流体的流动和换热特性进行了三维数值研究,同时对当量直径为100μm的微通道内的流体流动与换热特性进行了详细地分析讨论。结果表明:雷诺数相同时,阻力系数随当量直径的增加而增加,而努赛尔数和压降随当量直径的增加而减小;沿流体流动方向,各个截面上的温度逐渐上升。所得计算结果可为分析和设计矩形微通道及其组成的微尺度换热器提供参考依据。
