压力管道直管段局部减薄缺陷评定的新公式

摘要

Evaluation theories and methods are studied for pressure pipes with local thin areas (LTAs)in straight sections:Utilizing the new remaining strength factor (RSF)formula and the new data of burst fail-ure RSF,a new RSF formula is established for outside walls of cylindrical shells with regular LTAs in straight sections.Employing remaining moment coefficient (RMC ) formula for thin -walled straight pipes,border theoretical solution,and results of finite element calculation,another new RMC formula is created for straight sections with regular LTAs on both inner and outer walls.Failure and assessment crite-ria are proposed for straight sections with regular LTAs,and an evaluation method is established for straight sections with LTAs.%研究了压力管道含局部减薄直管段的评定理论和方法：利用剩余强度系数的新公式和爆破失效剩余强度系数的新数据，建立了外壁含规则化减薄直管段（圆柱壳）剩余强度系数的计算式RSFo；应用薄壁直管剩余弯矩系数m的计算式、边界理论解和有限元计算结果，建立了内外壁含规则化减薄直管段剩余弯矩系数RMC的计算式；提出了失效载荷因子的新概念，导出了规则化减薄直管段的失效准则、判据和极限弯矩的计算方法；由失效判据导出了规则化减薄直管段的安全评定判据，建立了含局部减薄直管段的评定方法。
