螺纹锁紧环换热器内漏问题探讨

摘要

分析螺纹锁紧环换热器内漏的原因及所采用的各种垫片的优势和不足，指出降低内套筒的厚度，减小差压试验的试验压差有利于控制内泄漏，最后提出改进螺纹锁紧环换热器的思路。%The cause of internal leakage of the current thread locking ring heat exchanger was analyzed and the advantages of various kinds of inner gaskets were pointed out.It′s found out that reducing the thickness of the inner sleeve and the pressure difference of the hydraulic test is helpful to control the in-ternal leakage.Finally some ideas for improving the heat exchanger are put forward.
