为分析高温高压换热器管箱球面隔膜密封焊缝的受力状况,提出了经工程实践检验的近似计算方法,通过案例介绍其应用效果,结果表明外载荷施加给焊缝很大的应力,证实了隔膜弹性补偿的必要性,这也是隔膜垫结构形式中的平面隔膜不宜应用到动态工况的原因。密封由焊缝来保证,但是焊缝的安全要靠球面隔膜的弹性补偿和密封系统的强度来保证,关键制造工艺要保证焊接质量。%In order to analyze the stresses station of seal weld of spherical diaphragm sealing of tube chan-nel in high pressure and high temperature heat exchanger,the approximate method were provided and ver-ified in practice.The effect of application was introduced by case.The results show that loads were much stresses on seal weld and far overran the allow stress.It is essential to design the elastic offset displace-ment of spherical diaphragm,and that is the reason why flat thin plate can not be used to diaphragm gas-ket seal for dynamic operating.Sealing is ensured by the seal weld.But the security of weld is ensured by both the elastic offset displacement of spherical diaphragm and the strong of sealing system.Key technolo-gie of fabrication is necessary for welding quality.
