聚四氟乙烯换热器传热特性试验研究

     

摘要

Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)for heat exchanger and overall performance of the pros and cons depending on heat transfer efficiency and pressure drop,for the thermal efficiency and the pressure drop on the one hand by heat transfer tube arrangement and spacing,on the other hand is for the influence of thermal mass flow rate and temperature.PTFE heat exchanger tube spacing and the overall heat transfer performance test based on,through the control variable method,of air velocity on the heat transfer efficien-cy and pressure drop effect.Experimental results show that:heat pipe in a triangular arrangement,when the tube spacing S =8.5 mm,optimal economic benefit,temperature drop the most obvious;when Re num-ber within the range of 2000 to 6000,fitting for the condition of heat transfer performance of the formula Nu =0.012078 Re0.79817 and pressure drop formula ΔP =6 ×10 -5 Re2.2136 ,PTFE for heat exchanger in ac-tual engineering application has certain directive significance.%聚四氟乙烯换热器整体性能优劣取决于换热效率与压降,换热效率和压降一方面受换热管排列方式和间距的影响;另一方面受到换热工质流速和温度的影响。基于聚四氟乙烯换热器管间距和整体传热性能试验,通过控制变量法,研究空气流速对传热效率和压降影响。试验表明:换热管在三角形排列下,当管间距 S =8.5 mm 时,经济效益最优,温降最明显;当雷诺数 Re 在2000~6000范围内,拟合出该工况下传热性能公式 Nu =0.012078Re0.79817及压降公式ΔP =6×10-5 Re2.2136,对聚四氟乙烯换热器在工程实际应用中有一定的指导意义。
