有效应力图法在压水堆核电站管道热棘轮分析上的应用

             

摘要

热棘轮分析是核电管道设计中重要的分析内容,压水堆(PWR)核电站一般基于 Bree 图对管道热棘轮效应进行了规定,但当管道受到很大的热冲击载荷时往往不能够满足此要求,需要进一步对管道棘轮安定性进一步分析。详细分析了 RCC -M规范对于管道渐进性变形破坏的要求和工程上可行的评定准则,并采用基于材料试验数据的有效应力图法对稳压器排放管进行了热棘轮安定性分析,分析结果表明,在500次循环热冲击载荷作用下产生的热棘轮变形不会对管道的可运行性产生影响,累积变形对塑性稳定性边界的影响在有限范围内,管道依然满足 RCC -M规范要求。基于试验的有效应力图法使用简单,非常适合工程设计应用,可用于 PWR 核电站管道热棘轮分析。%Thermal ratcheting analysis is an important part of nuclear power station pipe design,which is prescribed based on the Bree diagram in PWR power station.But usually it can't be meet when the pipe subjected large thermal shock and need to a further analysis.The requisition of RCC -Mcode on the cu-mulative deformation damage and feasible engineer criterion is discussed in this paper.The thermal ratch-eting stabilization of a typical pressuriser discharge line is analyzed through the efficiency diagram rule from the material experiment data.It is represented that the affection of thermal ratcheting deformation on pipe operation is small under 500 times cycle thermal shock,the cumulative deformation is in a limit bound,so the pipe is still meet the RCC -Mcode.The efficiency diagram rule based on the material ex-periment data is a simple method which is suitable in the engineer design and could be used in thermal ratcheting analysis of the PWR power station.
