Ag-Cu纳米合金MIM结构的制备及其光学性质

         

摘要

采用微电极电化学沉积的方法,在氧化铟锡(ITO)玻璃衬底上制备了Ag-Cu纳米合金.实验发现,Ag-Cu纳米合金在紫外-可见光波长范围内有2个吸收峰.通过在Ag-Cu纳米合金薄膜表面涂覆一定厚度的聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为绝缘层,然后与另外一层Ag-Cu纳米合金薄膜叠合组装成Ag-Cu纳米合金/PVA/Ag-Cu纳米合金的金属-绝缘体-金属(MIM)结构.首次测试到该MIM结构的透过率和吸收率在1000 ~ 2600 nm波长范围内出现多重响应峰,这些多重响应峰是由MIM结构中不同尺寸的纳米粒子表面等离子耦合导致的交替电磁共振引起的.%The Ag - Cu nanoalloys were prepared using the microelectrode electrochemical deposition method on the substrate of indium tin oxide (ITO) conductive glass. The absorption spectra of the Ag - Cu nanoalloy exhibited two surface plasma absorption peaks in visible wavelength. The metal - insulation -metal( MIM) structures were fabricated using two Ag - Cu nanoparticle layers with one polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) acting as insulated medium. The transmission spectra of the MIM structure were observed to support the multiband resonance in the wavelength range of 1000~2600 nm for the first time. The multiple peaks were formed as alternating electric resonance and magnetic resonance due to the coupling of different nanoparticle plasmons in the metal layer.
