本研究以航天二次搭载的航苜1号紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa cv.Hangmu No.1)种子种植而成的当代(SP1)试验材料(HY2)为研究对象,通过与未搭载的航苜1号种植材料(CK)的农艺性状进行比较,分析了航天二次搭载对航苜1号产生的诱变效应.初步结果表明,二次搭载的航苜1号,其平均株高、分枝数和多叶率显著高于对照(P<0.05),表现出较强的生长势;多叶株较对照减少,7叶株显著增多(P<0.05),出现了5株7叶率在60%以上的7叶株;5叶株较对照减少,5叶率在60%以上的5叶株较对照显著增加(P<0.05),诱变效应明显,有益变异增多.该研究将为苜蓿品种的进一步改良提供有效的选育途径及优良的种质资源.%In this study the test materials (HY2 )from seed cultivation SP1 generations were used.By comparing with the agronomic characters of ‘Hangmu 1 ’planting material on the earth,the mutagenic effects of alfalfa cultivar ‘Hangmu 1’by re-onboard in space were studied.The preliminary results indicated that the average of plant height,branch number and multifoliate ratio were significantly higher than the control,‘Hangmu 1’by re-onboard in space showed strong growth vigor(P<0.05).The multifoliate plants were less than the control, the number of 7 leaflets plants significantly increased (P<0.05)and five plants had 7 leaflets ratio more than 60%.5 leaflets plants were less than the control and 5 leaflets plants possessing 5 leaflets ratiomore than 60%significantly increased(P<0.05).The mutagenic effects were obvious and useful variation was rich.The re-search would provide an effective breeding approach and the excellent germplasm resources to the further im-provement of alfalfa cultivar.
