活血定痛合剂的主要药效学研究

摘要

Objective To study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect of Huoxuedingtong mixture( HXDT ) , and provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment. Methods Analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of HXDT were tested by analgesic model of mice twist and inflammatory model of dimethyl-benzene-induced ear swelling in mice, inverted microscope were used to observe the effects of HXDT in normal and blood stasis model of mice. Results The arteries and veins of normal and blood stasis model changed chick and was obviously dilatation in the mice. HXDT can significantly increase the diameter of mouse aurical fine arteriovenous, increase the capillary opening rate. Conclusion HXDT have significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions and can promote blood circulation.%目的 对活血定痛合剂(HXDT)的抗炎、镇痛等主要药效学进行考察,为该药的临床应用提供药效学实验依据.方法 用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法及小鼠醋酸扭体法,分别以肿胀度及扭体次数比较HXDT的抗炎、镇痛作用;用倒置生物显微镜观察HXDT对正常及血瘀模型小鼠耳廓微循环的影响.结果 HXDT对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显抑制作用,对醋酸所致小鼠疼痛有明显的抑制作用,可显著增大正常和血瘀模型小鼠细动、静脉,并能显著增加耳廓毛细血管开放数量.结论 HXDT有较显著的抗炎、镇痛和活血功能.
