他克莫司软膏辅以准分子激光治疗斑块状银屑病的疗效及安全性评价

         

摘要

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of tacrolimus ointment combined with excimer laser treatment for plaque psoriasis. Methods Eighty-six cases of patients with plaque psoriasis from May 2014 to March 2015 in dermatology department of our hospital were selected. All the patients were divided into observation group (n=43) and control group (n=43) according to the order sequence. All the patients were given tacrolimus ointment, while observation group were given excimer laser on the basis of control group. PASI integration and clinical efficacy before treatment and at 2,4,6 weeks after treatment were observed. The satisfactory degree and adverse reaction after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results After 2,4,6 weeks of treatment,PASI of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the observation group′s overall response rate at 2,4,6 weeks after treat-ment was respectively 46. 51%,60. 47%,83. 72%,which was higher than that of control group,and the difference was significant (P<0. 05). After treatment,the patients′ satisfactory degree of observation group (93. 95%) was higher than that of control group ( 79. 07%) , the difference was significant ( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment combined with 308 nm excimer laser has good effect on plaque psoriasis,with low rate of adverse reaction,and high se-curity,it is worthy of widely use.%目的 研究他克莫司软膏辅以准分子激光治疗斑块状银屑病的疗效及安全性. 方法 选取2014年5月至2015年3月我院皮肤科治疗的86例斑块状银屑病患者,按照就诊顺序将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组43例. 给予所有患者0. 03%他克莫司软膏,观察组患者在此基础上使用308 nm准分子激光. 观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后2、4、6 周的PASI积分和临床疗效,比较两组患者对疗效的满意度及治疗后的不良反应状况. 结果 治疗2、4、6周后,观察组患者的PASI积分显著低于对照组,观察组患者2、4、6周的总有效率分别为46. 51%、60. 47%、83. 72%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);治疗后,观察组患者对疗效的满意度(93. 95%)显著高于对照组(79. 07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05). 结论 他克莫司软膏辅以准分子激光治疗斑块状银屑病,其不良反应低,安全性较高,临床疗效较好,值得推广使用.
