利用PDCA循环工具促进临床合理用药工作探讨

摘要

Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle tool in promoting rational drugs use in hospi-tal. Methods The clinical rational drugs use plan ( prescription evaluation and feedback,publicity,training,interview, assessment and other measures) was formulated through the implementation of clinical pharmacist system. The clinical rational drug use could be promoted by using PDCA cycle tool. Results The indexes of rational drug use have contin-uously improved,and the level of clinical medication was effectively promoted. Conclusion PDCA cycle tool can ef-fectively improve the level of rational drug use,and promote the clinical medication more safer, effective and econom-ic.%目的：探讨PDCA循环工具在促进医院合理用药中的应用。方法药学部通过落实临床药师工作制度，制定临床合理用药实施方案，开展处方点评与反馈、合理用药公示、培训、约谈、考核等多种方法和措施，运用PDCA循环工具，促进临床合理用药。结果临床用药的各项指标明显改善，有效地促进了临床合理用药水平的提高。结论 PDCA循环工具可有效提高临床合理用药水平，促进临床用药更加安全、有效和经济。
