早期应用缓泻剂减少前列腺电切术后便秘及血尿严重程度的随机对照研究

摘要

目的 研究早期应用缓泻剂是否能够减少前列腺电切术后便秘及血尿的严重程度.方法 根据入选标准和排除标准,将58例受试者随机分为乳果糖组(28例)和对照组(30例).乳果糖组:每日口服乳果糖口服液15 mL(含乳果糖10 g),术前2d早餐及晚餐时各服用15 mL,手术当日停用.对照组:术前及术后嘱患者多饮水,减少腹压,吃高纤维素食物等.观察两组患者术后的排便情况及肉眼血尿情况.结果 乳果糖组术后肉眼血尿的持续时间为(8±4)d,对照组为(11±4)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);乳果糖组大便性状评分及排便困难程度评分均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在TURP术前及术后应用缓泻剂,能够显著改善术后患者的排便情况,从而减轻患者术后血尿的严重程度.%Objective To evaluate the effect of early use of laxatives in reducing the severity of constipation and hematuria after TURP.Methods According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion,58 patients were assigned into lactulose group (n =28) and control group (n =30) randomly.In lacmlose group,patients took lactulose oral solution (15 mL) with breakfast and dinner from two days before surgery to the day of surgery,which contained lacmlose 10 g.In control group,the patients were asked to drink more water and eat high-fiber foods before and after surgery.The defecation and gross hematuria after surgery were observed in both groups.Results The duration of gross hemamria after TURP was significantly shorter in lacmlose group [(8 ± 4) d] than that in control group [(11 ± 4) d] (P ＜0.05),and the stool property and constipation symptom were significantly better than those in control group;both differences between the two groups were of stutitical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Early use of laxatives before and after operation can improve the defecation of patients,so that the severity of gross hematuria after TURP can be relieved.
