目的 通过对不同厚度Ceramage聚合瓷材料透射率的测定,分析Ceramage聚合瓷材料的透射率随厚度变化的规律.方法 制作Ceramage聚合瓷试件16个,分为2组(A3和C1色调),厚度控制在0.4~1.0 mm,采用PR 650光谱光度/色度仪对试件的透射率进行测定.采用统计分析软件SPSS 10.0分析厚度和透射率的交互作用对值的统计学意义.结果 A3体瓷随着厚度的增加,透射率逐步减小,两者呈负相关(r=-0.935,P<0.05),其在0.48~0.82 mm区间内变化较快,厚度超过0.82 mm时透射率的变化较小;C1体瓷随着厚度的增加,透射率逐步减小,两者呈负相关(r=-0.871,P<0.05),其在0.4~0.72 mm区间内变化较快,厚度超过0.72 mm时透射率的变化较小.结论 制作Ceramage聚合瓷贴面时在保证贴面强度的情况下也应尽量减小贴面的厚度,特别是薄型贴面(厚度为0.5 mm以下).%Objective Through a series of measurement of the spectral transmittance of Ceramage materials in different thickness,to study the features of the material transmission.Methods Samples of Ceramage veneers were prepared in different thickness (0.4 ~ 1.0 mm) and different Vita shade( A3 ,C1 ).And then PR650 spectra luminosity and chroma meter were applied to measure the transmission rate.Finally, SPSS statistics analytical software was employed to analyze the data.Results Spectral transmittance decreased with the increasing of the thickness of A3 specimens.They were negative correlation ( r = - 0.935, P < 0.05 ).They changed dramatically in the interval of 0.48 ~ 0.82 mm, but changed a little when the thickness was thicker than 0.82 mm.Spectral transmittance decreased with the increasing of the thickness of C1 specimens.They were negative correlation ( r = - 0.871, P < 0.05 ).They changed dramatically in the interval of 0.4 ~ 0.72 mm, but change a little when the thickness was thicker than 0.72 mm.Conclusion It is suggested to reduce the thickness of the veneers when making the Ceramage materials, especially for veneers of which thickness below 0.5 mm.
