益肺胶囊联合肺康复训练对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺功能的影响

摘要

目的 探讨常规康复训练联合益肺胶囊对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能的影响.方法我院收治的老年COPD稳定期患者126例,按随机数字表法分为肺康复训练组和治疗组(益肺胶囊+康复训练)各63例,比较两组治疗效果、痰液量、排痰能力、6 min步行测试(6 MWT)、病情转归指数(BODE指数)、肺功能指标与生活质量.结果治疗组治疗有效率高于肺康复训练组,痰液量少于肺康复训练组,排痰能力评分及肺功能指标、6-MWT、生活质量评分均高于肺康复训练组,BODE指数低于肺康复训练组(P<0.05).结论肺康复训练结合益肺胶囊治疗能改善老年COPD稳定期患者的排痰能力,继而提高肺部功能,增强步行能力,改善病情转归指数以及生活质量,值得临床推广.%Objective To investigate the effect of routine rehabilitation training combined with Yifei capsule on lung function in elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) .Methods One hundred and twenty-six elderly patients with stable COPD in our hospital were randomly divided into pulmonary rehabilitation training group and the treatment group ( Yifei capsule plus rehabilitation training ),63 in each group.The therapeutic effect,sputum volume,sputum excretion ability,6-min walking test (6MWT),BODE index (body mass index,airflow obstruction,dyspnea,exercise capacity index),lung function indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups .Results The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the pulmonary rehabilitation group ( P <0.05 ) .The sputum volume was less and sputum excretion ability score were higher in the treatment group than those of the pulmonary rehabilitation group (P <0.05).After treatment,lung function indexes,6-MWT and quality of life score were better and BODE index was lower in the treatment group than those in the pulmonary rehabilitation training group ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with Yifei capsule can improve the sputum excretion ability and lung func -tion,enhance walking ability and improve the prognosis and quality of life in elderly patients with stable COPD .
