数字病理中计算机辅助诊断研究展望

             

摘要

随着数字病理切片扫描仪的出现,病理切片图像信息能够通过全玻片数字扫描(Whole slide imaging,WSI)技术实现全数字化.WSI首先可以通过计算机网络开展病理远程会诊,但更重要的是可以和计算机强大的计算能力结合开展计算机辅助诊断(computer-aided diagnosis,CAD).病理图像的全数字化起步较晚,数字病理图像CAD目前在全球范围内还只处于实验室研究阶段,但已是数字病理发展的方向和目标.随着与人工智能、大数据与云技术的结合,数字病理CAD研发将迎来快速发展期.本文将着重讨论CAD在未来数字病理临床应用中的发展阶段和研究方向.%With the appearance of digital pathological slice scanners,the image information of glass pathological slices can be fully digitized through whole slide imaging (WSI) technology.WSI can be firstly used for remote pathological consultation through computer network.More importantly,WSI can be carried out for computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) by combination with the powerful calculating power of the computer.The full digitization of the pathological images starts relatively late.The CAD of digital pathology is currently only at the laboratory research stage on a global scale,but it is the direction and goal of digital pathology development.With the combination of artificial intelligence,large data and cloud technology,digital pathology CAD research and development will usher in a rapid period.This article will discuss the developmental stages and research directions of CAD of digital pathology in future clinical applications.
