不同溶媒稀释对肌内注射苄星青霉素疼痛的影响

摘要

目的 比较两种不同溶媒稀释芐星青霉素肌内注射后患者的疼痛程度以及酸痛持续时间.方法 2014年3月至2017年3月在我院门诊治疗室肌内注射苄星青霉素的患者212例,分别用灭菌注射用水(对照组)和生理盐水(试验组)稀释苄星青霉素进行肌内注射,比较两组患者的疼痛程度,以及主观感觉胀痛酸痛持续时间.结果 试验组患者肌肉注射后疼痛程度较对照组低,胀痛酸痛持续时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组注射后局部均无红肿硬结.结论 生理盐水稀释苄星青霉素肌内注射较灭菌注射用水稀释苄星青霉素肌内注射患者的疼痛轻,酸痛持续时间短.%Objective To compare the degree of pain and the duration of soreness after intramuscular injection of penicillin di-luted with two different solvents.Methods During March 2014 to March 2017,212 patients who received intramuscular injection of benzathine penicillin at our treatment room were divided into control or test group.In the control group,the penicillin was diluted with sterile water while penicillin was diluted with normal saline in the test group.The pain degree and soreness duration after injection were compared between the two groups.Results The pain degree and the duration of pain and soreness in the test group was lower and shor-ter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no local red swelling and indurations after intramuscular injection in the both groups.Conclusion The use of normal saline to dilute benzathine penicillin could decrease the pain degree and duration of intramus-cular injection compared to sterile water.
