祛痰活血汤加减治疗重度颅脑损伤后医院获得性肺炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate effect of qutan - huoxue soup on hospital acquired pneumonia in patients with se-vere traumatic brain injury. Methods From October 2011 to October 2013,a total of 85 patients with hospital acquired pneu-monia after severe traumatic brain injury were chosen in our hospital,and they were divided into groups A(n = 45)and B(n =40)according to the actual treatment. Both groups given antibiotics,part or comprehensive treatment,A group given extra qutan- huoxue soup. Clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of A group was 75. 56% ,was higher than that of B group of 55. 00% ( P ﹤ 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions of A group was 13. 32% ,was lower than that of B group of 42. 50% (P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Qutan - huoxue soup has a certain effect on hospital acquired pneumonia in patients with severe traumatic brain injury,and is safe.%目的：探讨祛痰活血汤加减治疗重度颅脑损伤后医院获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年10月-2013年10月收治的重度颅脑损伤后医院获得性肺炎患者85例，根据治疗情况分为中西医结合组45例和西医组40例。西医组患者给予抗生素、局部或全身综合治疗，中西医结合组患者在西医组基础上加用祛痰活血汤加减治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果中西医结合组患者总有效率为75.56%，高于对照组的55.00%（P ﹤0.05）。中西医结合组患者不良反应发生率为13.32%，低于对照组的42.50%（P ﹤0.05）。结论在常规西医治疗基础上加用祛痰活血汤加减治疗重度颅脑损伤后医院获得性肺炎疗效满意，且不良反应少。
