This paper designs a ECVT based distributed network spare power automatic switching plan for single bus sectionalized system based on GOOSE network using IEC61850 standard and associated with the secondary characteristic of analog output of ECVT.It expatiates the principle of spare power automatic switching, the charging and discharging conditions, action logics and abnormal voltage loop in automatic switch of the incoming line switching and automatic switch of sectionalized switch respectively by using the configuration and scheme of bay level devices. The plan can simplify secondary cable wiring and economize bay level devices, also can be directly applied to IEC61850-based digital substation or switching station, and has certain practical value.%以基于IEC61850标准的GOOSE网络为基础,结合模拟量输出的电子式组合互感器的二次输出特点,设计了一种基于电子式组合互感器的单母线分段系统的分布式网络化备自投方案,分别阐述了间隔层设备的配置和方案应用在进线开关自投和分段开关自投方式下备自投的原理、充放电条件、动作逻辑以及电压回路异常的考虑.该方案能够简化二次电缆接线和节省间隔层设备,可直接应用于以IEC61850为基础的数字化变电站或开闭所中,具有一定的实用价值.
