按日负荷图运行的梯级水电站群短期效益比较

         

摘要

为了适应电力市场环境下电网的需求,最大限度地发挥梯级水电站群的效益潜力,建立了按日负荷图调度的梯级水电站日调度模型,采用丰,平、枯三个典型年的日流量过程,计算某流域梯级水电站群在不同投产期下的各电站组合的单独运行与联合运行效益,在此基础上进行综合效益对比分析.结果表明,梯级水电站群短期联合运行效益较单独运行增幅明显,且随着投产期的推进电站组合中电站数量的增多,增幅有递增的趋势,经济效益显著,对落实国家节能减排政策以及促进环境保护低碳发展具有重要意义.%In order to satisfy the demand of power system in the power market and develop the maximum capability of cascade hydropower stations, the daily scheduling model of cascade reservoirs is established with daily load curve. With the daily runoff of three typical years, namely the fioody year, common year and dry year, the single and joint operation benefits of cascade reservoirs are calculated in different startup time, and a contrastive analysis of the synthetic benefits is made. The result shows that comparing with single operation, the joint operation benefit of cascade reservoirs improves much with the remarkable economic benefit, and with the increase of hydropower stations in the different startup time, the improvement has an increasing trend, which is of great significance to the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction, as well as the environmental protection and low-carbon economy.
