内燃-直线发电集成动力系统双向DC/DC功率变换器优化设计

         

摘要

An optimized topology of BDPC used in ICLGIPS is designed. BDPC converts and transfers energy between power source(UC banks) and linear generator(LEG). ICLGIPS has the imbalance characteristic of bi-directional power flow, the conventional BDPC topology structure is optimized through the calculation and analysis, and combined with UC banks which change over in series and parallel connections. The main feature of the optimized design topology is to shield filter inductance, when BDPC operates in large power step-down mode and feedbacks the energy to UC banks, which is then used to filter the PWM voltage wave , thus smoothness controlling of outputs is achieved, and higher reliability of BDPC is realized. And the optimized BDPC reduces the volume and cost of converter effectually, improves the efficiency of BDPC, and has good theoretical value and application prospect.This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 50876043).%设计了一种用于新型的内燃-直线发电集成动力系统(ICLGIPS)的双向DC/DC功率变换器(BDPC),实现动力源(超级电容器组)和直线电机之间能量在两个方向的变换和传递.ICLGIPS具有两个方向功率流的不平衡特性,通过计算分析,对传统BDPC拓扑结构进行了优化设计,并与串并联实时切换的超级电容器组结合使用.该优化设计的主要特点是,当BDPC运行于大功率的降压模态,向超级电容器组回馈能量时,屏蔽掉滤波电感,利用大容量的超级电容器组对输入的PWM电压波进行滤波,对输出量实现了平滑控制,使BDPC具有更高的可靠性.该优化设计有效地减小了功率变换器的体积和成本,提高了功率变换的效率,具有比较好的理论价值和应用前景.
