空间矢量调制技术在6kV级联静止同步补偿器中的应用

         

摘要

The basic principle of CPS-SVM (Carrier Phase Shifted-Space Vector Modulation) modulation mode is introduced by the combination of simplified space vector modulation and carrier phase shifting technology. Combined with cascade H-bridge topology, the implementation method of space vector modulation technique in cascade STATCOM is proposed, which is analyzed by simulation experiment. Compared with the traditional CPS-SPWM modulation, this method has a high DC voltage utilization rate, and is easy to be digitalized. In addition, the integral structure of STATCOM is given. Simulation and experimental results indicate that the 6 kV cascade STATCOM based on CPS-SVM modulation mode could realize comprehensive compensation of harmonics and passive power precisely and efficiently at lower switch frequency in actual power grid.%将简化的空间矢量调制技术与载波移相技术相结合,介绍了载波移相SVM调制技术的基本原理.结合级联H桥拓扑结构,分析了空间矢量调制技术在级联静止同步补偿器(STATC0M)中的实现方法,并进行了仿真实验分析,与传统的CPS-SPWM调制方式相比,该方法具有直流电压利用率高、易于数字化实现等优点,此外还给出了该级联STATC0M装置的系统结构.仿真和实验结果表明,基于载波移相SVM调制技术的6 kV级联同步补偿器能够在实际电网中以较低的开关频率准确、有效地实现无功功率与谐波的综合补偿.
