火电厂自动电压控制(AVC)系统方案设计

             

摘要

为保证电网电压安全、优质、经济运行,提出一种火电厂自动电压控制系统设计方案,将母线电压调节在现有的厂级负荷优化分配系统平台上扩展实施,提高设备利用率.通过动态辨识系统阻抗,进行电压和无功的在线转换,修正自适应调节器参数,实现无差、快速调节.采用基于分配策略的全厂无功同操分配算法,进行机组间无功协调控制,实现母线电压自动调节.针对实际情况,对系统进行软硬件设计,并详细阐述参数采集、励磁修改、运行模式、闭锁保护等方面的技术问题.此系统设计新颖,建设节约,功能强大,稳定可靠,具有很好的借鉴和推广价值.%An AVC (Automatic Voltage Control) system for the thermal power plant is proposed to ensure the safety, efficiency and economy of the grid voltage. The bus bar voltage can be adjusted on the existing platform of plant wide optimal load distribution system to improve the equipment utilization. Through dynamic identification of system impedance, the online conversion between voltage and reactive can be accomplished and the adaptive regulator parameters can also be modified, in order to achieve fast and zero error output adjustment. For the purpose of automatic bus bar voltage regulation, the coordination between the control unit can be realized based on the bias adjustment algorithms of the distribution strategy of whole plant reactive power. For the actual circumstance, the hardware and software of the system are designed, the technical problems of data acquisition, excitation modification, running mode, locking protection are elaborated too. This AVC system has a very good reference and promotion value, with the features of novel design, construction-save, powerful function, stability and reliability.
