This paper describes a white-box testing system of relay protection device based on hardware and software architecture of protection device. This white box test system is divided into PC test framework and device test support system, The PC test framework configures test case, generates test hex file and downloads it into the device. The device tests it through examining the support system load test case, and exchanges test results information with PC test framework by internal debugging protocol. The PC test framework makes the test case result by contrasting model with the result information, then sends to the unified model to generate test report. In this paper each module is described from the aspects of the design and testing process explicitly. Finally, the paper explains how to finish a whole testing process and how to accomplish a high load test and so on through the example of CAN network test.%基于保护装置的硬件和软件体系架构,介绍了一种继电保护装置的白盒测试体系.白盒测试体系分为PC端测试框架和装置测试支撑系统两部分,PC端通过配置测试用例,生成测试hex文件并下载到装置,装置端通过测试支撑环境装载测试用例进行测试,并通过内部调试协议与pc端交互测试结果信息,pc端通过比对模块得到测试结果,最后由pc端测试报告模块统一生成测试报告.分别对各模块的设计和测试流程进行了详细的说明.最后以CAN测试为例介绍了测试过程以及如何完成高负荷等性能测试.
