安全稳定控制装置过程层数据通信研究及设计方案

         

摘要

In order to cater to the development of smart grid and meet the new requirement of security and stability control device based on smart substation, according to the characteristics of digital substation, security and stability control device based on digital substation communication on process level are researched. Under the environment of digital substation based on IEC61850, security and stability control device need to receive a mass of process level data. The difficulty lies in the access of sample value (SAV) message and the process of generic object-oriented substation event (GOOSE) message. According to the difficulty, the methods of centralized and layered hardware structure and real-time embedded operating system are proposed. The transmission scheme of SAV and GOOSE is put forward. The results of site operation show that this scheme can meet the demand of security and stability control device based on digital substation.%为了适应智能电网的发展方向和智能变电站对安全稳定控制装置的新要求,根据数字化变电站就地数字化的特点,研究了基于数字化变电站的安全稳定控制装置过程层数据通信.在基于IEC61850的数字化变电站环境下,安全稳定控制装置作为跨间隔设备需要接入的大量的过程层数据,其技术难点在于跨间隔采样值的接入和来自多方向的GOOSE信号的处理,针对这一技术难点,提出了采用集中分层式处理结构及高性能实时嵌入式操作系统的解决方法,并给出了采样值接入和GOOSE数据收发的具体实施方案.现场运行结果表明此方案能够满足数字化变电站对稳定控制装置的需求.
