设计了基于多核单片机( MCU)的一种智能测控装置,采用一种新型带电显示器的电路结构模式代替传统PT作为电压测量信号,提出了一种新的接地故障判别方法,实现智能配电控制产品的低成本、小型化.装置可以根据整定的故障阈值结合真空断路器实现故障自动切除隔离,同时能保存故障波形,实现故障录波,并将信息通过RS485和无线网络方式传递给上位机后台管理软件系统,实现了配电网故障保护的防火墙功能,提高了供电稳定性和安全性.%This paper designs an intelligent measurement and control device based on multi-core microprocessor. Live display is used to replace PT as voltage measurement signal, and a new method for ground connection fault diagnosis is presented, which makes intelligent products low-cost and small. The device can automatically cut down and close off fault according to the threshold of failure set by system, at the same time, it can save the fault current waveform and record the message, then pass the message to the up system by RS485 and wireless. It achieves distribution grid firewall function and improves power supply stability and security.
