基于GIS的网络化接触网检修挂接地线信息管理系统的设计与实现

             

摘要

In view that the problems and loopholes of the centralized management and the real-time monitoring of the ground wire exist in the process of the contact wire maintenance, the GIS platform is introduced to complete the continuous position and dynamic display of the ground operation position and the linked state in the electronic map by using the secondary development of MapX. In the network environment, with the technology of Web and database interconnection and Ajax, the information sharing subsystem of ground wire operation based on the browser/server (B/S) is developed. This paper realizes temporary grounding tools for coding, identification and management, operating status monitoring and location, stopping power security detection, leakage warning tips, real-time information sharing of cross platform and other functions, meeting the requirements of the field operation for the dynamic management and monitoring of the grounding wire.%针对接触网检修过程中接地线集中管理以及实时监测方面存在的不足和漏洞,引入GIS平台利用对MapX的二次开发完成地线作业位置和挂接状态在电子地图上的连续定位和动态显示。在网络环境下,结合 Web 与数据库互联技术、Ajax 技术,开发了基于浏览器/服务器(B/S)模式的地线作业信息共享子系统。实现了临时接地线工具编码识别与管理、地线作业状态监测与位置标定、停送电安全检测、漏摘告警提示和信息跨平台实时共享等功能,满足接地线动态管理与监控的现场作业要求。
