基于LabVIEW的电动触点电寿命试验失效类型的自动识别

         

摘要

The judgment method of the traditional electric contacts is mainly determined by control and detection of PLC to determine whether the value of specific voltage time bounds. For it is no reasonable use of the on-off time domain signal changes in the process of information, the type of contact failure can't be reliably determined. In order to overcome this drawback, this paper uses the electric life testing platform developed by Holzer sensor and data acquisition card and other hardware in this paper, and through the on-off process of signal acquisition complete as the source, writes failure type identification algorithm for data processing and logical operation using the LabVIEW software. In experiment process, real-time monitoring of the plurality of contact parameters and automatic identification of failure types are achieved, and meanwhile comprehensive information of the contact failure is obtained. The experiment results show that the test results can achieve the expected results.%传统的电动触点失效判断的方法主要是通过PLC的控制和检测,判断特定时域的电压值是否越界.因未合理利用整个通断过程中时域信号的变化信息,不足以可靠地判断触点失效的类型.为了解决这一不足,使用由数据采集卡和霍尔传感器等硬件研制的电寿命试验平台,通过采集完整的通断过程的时域信号作为信源,利用LabVIEW软件编写失效类型判别算法进行数据处理及逻辑操作.在试验过程中,实现了实时监测多个触点参数的同时自动识别失效类型并获取触点失效的全面信息.通过实际检测,试验结果达到预期效果.
