The system minimizes the adjusting times of the main transformer's tapping switches reduces the power transmission loss, and raises the automation capability of the grid,therefore enhances the safety and stability of the power system's operation, and comprehensively improves the voltage quality.This paper expounds the functions of the system and the technical solutions.
