电力应急队伍调度决策研究

     

摘要

Emergency team scheduling is crucial for electric power emergency management platform, but research on the scheduling and decision of the emergency tearn is very seldom. Through leading in Mamdani fuzzy inference theory,power emergency team scheduling and decision model to evaluate emergency team demand of the disaster places is established. According to statistical data of power grid hurst disaster, the parameter of the model are set, this paper proposes one comprehensive judgment index system and the classification method of emergency team demand based on Mamdani fuzzy inference. Finally. a case study is carried . it offers a set of effective numerical calculation method for power emergency ided-decision system.%应急队伍调度在电力应急指挥平台管理中有着至关重要的作用,但是目前关于应急队伍调度决策的研究还非常少.引入Mamdani型模糊推理系统理论,建立了电网应急队伍调度辅助决策模型.根据大面积停电事故的相关统计数据设定了模型参数,提出了一种综合的应急队伍需求评估的指标体系和基于Mamdani型模糊推理的应急队伍需求评估分级方法,通过实例验证该方法为电力应急辅助决策系统提供了一套有效的调度计算方法.
