电力系统继电保护定值在线安全预警系统

摘要

距离保护Ⅲ段在大潮流下误动是电网发生连锁故障的重要诱因.基于故障信息系统,提出距离Ⅲ段的定值在线校核模块.模块在调度端的故障信息系统主站完成预想事故计算,将计算得到的节点电压和线路电流的修正量发送给相应的各个变电站中的故障信息系统子站,通过子站召唤保护装置的定值和实时模拟量,与修正量叠加,完成预警性校核.此在线校核模块的优点在于调度端与各厂站交换的信息很少,并实现了全网并行校核.%Undesired trippings of distance relay zone III is one of the main causes of cascading outages. This paper proposes a module for on-line verification of distance relay zone III based on power fault information system. At the dispatching center, the fault information system of the center calculates power system's flow through contingency screening and sends the correction of voltages and currents to the fault systems of the corresponding sub—centers in substations, which call in the values of protection's settings and real-time analogs to complete on-line verification. This module has two advantages: less communication exchanged between the dispatching center and substations and realization of the parallel computation and verification of the whole grid.
