智能配电网自愈控制研究

     

摘要

This paper presents the concept,significance, and implementation conditions of the self-healing control of distribution networks, and summarizes several key technologies of the self-healing control such as fast simulation and modeling, smart microgrid, demand side management, wide area measurement, and control technologies for power distribution networks. As the self-healing control for distribution networks is still in the initial stage, the paper analyzes the features and shortcomings of the existing self-healing control. The analysis shows that the risk assessment method can comprehensively takes all the aspects of the power distribution network into consideration, and can assess the safety level of the network both from the occurrence probability of a fault beforehand and seriousness of the fault.%介绍了配电网自愈控制的概念、重要意义及实现条件,总结了实现自愈控制的几种关键技术:配电网快速仿真与模拟技术、智能微网及需求侧管理技术及广域测控技术等.由于智能配电网的自愈控制研究还处于起始阶段,对现有的配电网自愈控制方法,进行了简要介绍,分析了它们的特点和不足.分析结果表明,风险评估方法能够综合考量配电网络的各个方面,从事故发生的可能性和事故发生后的严重性2个方面来综合评估配电网的安全水平.
