配电网中新能源最优接入的评价方法

     

摘要

目前,在新能源如何接入配电网的研究中存在着仅考虑个别经济或技术特性的不足.为此,建立了一套科学全面的新能源最优接入评价方法.首先,从网损、短路电流、电压波动和可靠性4个方面建立指标体系;其次,采用相对值的方法确定各个指标的计算方法;最后,确定指标权重和评价标准,形成完整的评价体系.算例结果表明,该方法能够综合衡量新能源接入方案,有效地甄选出最优接入方案,为配电网中新能源接入提供有益的参考.%At present,studies on how new energy accesses to the distribution network often considers only individual deficiencies in the economical or technical attribute.Aiming at this deficiency,this paper proposes a scientific and overall evaluation method of new energy optimal accessing to the distribution network.First,an index system covering aspects of line loss,short current,voltage fluctuation and reliability is established.Second,the index calculation method based on the relative value is determined.Finally,index weights and index criteria are determined to form a complete evaluation system.Calculation examples show this method can comprehensively evaluate all the accessing schemes for new energy,and identify effectively the optimal scheme,therefore provide a beneficial reference to the new energy accessing to the distribution network.
