一种考虑居民经济承受力的生活用电电价可调整空间模型

摘要

From the point of view of residents’affordability, this paper presents an adjustable space model of household electricity price based on demand elasticity theory. After the relationship between electric charge,domestic tariff and the per capita annual income are analyzed,the elastic decom-position model of changing electric charge and the model of residents’ economic affordability on changing electric charge are proposed, and based on these two models,the mathematical formula of the adjustable space model of household electricity price related with residents’affordability is proposed. The example analysis shows that the model is both practical and meaningful,and it can provide relevant government departments a theory basis for formulating residential electricity policies with community resi-dents and the social stability considered.%从考虑居民经济承受能力的角度提出了一种基于需求弹性理论的居民生活用电电价可调整空间模型。分析了电费与居民生活电价、居民人均年收入的关系，提出了电费变化的弹性分解模型，并提出了居民对电费变化可承受能力的模型。在这2个模型基础上，导出了居民生活用电电价可调整空间模型的数学公式。算例分析表明，该模型切实可行，具有实际意义，为政府相关部门制定居民电价政策提供了考虑社会稳定、社会居民方面的理论依据。
