基于数据库的电力系统规划与可靠性评估数据平台开发

     

摘要

电力系统规划与可靠性评估的工作基础是对海量数据的处理分析与结果的展示,大量的工作需要统一规范的平台来对数据进行管理和操作。开发的电力系统规划与可靠性评估数据平台,通过对原始数据剖析与整合,搭建电网的表格模型,编写界面操控数据库中的数据,以实现从BPA电网原始数据中提取可靠性评估相关数据、进行电力电量平衡计算、机组信息统计等功能以及可靠性评估模块程序接口,并通过实际电网数据进行测试运行。这一平台集合了规划与可靠性分析所用的基础数据,结合了规划人员实际工作的计算原则,界面简洁友善,操作灵活可靠,帮助电力规划使用者提高工作效率及其科学性。%Power system planning and reliability analysis is based on dealing with big data and display of results. Plenty of work requires a uniform platform to gather and operate the data. This paper presents a power system planning and reliability evaluation database platform, which, through analyzing and integrating of the original data,creating the power system table model and writing and editing the data in the interface controlling database,can realize extraction of the related data for reliability evaluation in the original BPA database , and calculation of the power balance,and statistics of the generating units as well as interface with the reliability evaluation module. The platform is tested with data from a real power grid. The test shows that the platform is able to gather the basic data from both planning and reliability analysis. Taking consideration of the practical principle, and using flexible windows, the platform proves to be both flexible and reliable,therefore able to help the power planners and related worked to improve the user’s efficiency.
