分布式清洁电源接入配电网研究综述

摘要

In this paper,the requirements of the industry policy and technical standard for the distributed renewable energy connected the power grid are studied.The impacts of the distributed renewable energy connected to the power grid on the secondary system (protection,automation and communication) and practical problems are analyzed and the corresponding methods are proposed.The impacts of the distributed renewable energy connected to the power grid on the operation,control and protection of the distribution network are analyzed.Finally,the impacts of the distributed renewable energy on the existing fault handling methods and the corresponding solutions are studied.%研究了产业政策、技术标准等对分布式清洁电源接入要求.研究分析分布式清洁电源接入对电网二次系统(保护、自动化、通信)产生的影响及存在的实际问题,提出相应办法和措施.分析分布式清洁电源接入对配网运行和控制的影响,研究对保护影响,分布式清洁电源接入后对现有故障处理方式影响等及相应解决方案.
