基于层次分析法的需求侧响应项目实施效果比较

摘要

通过分析需求侧响应资源的价值特性,详列影响需求侧响应资源价值的各项指标,运用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)建立需求侧响应的实施效果评价结构模型,构造判断矩阵,通过层次单排序和层次总排序的计算得出最底层对最高层的组合权向量,由此可知,需求侧响应项目的实施效果是2014年最好,2013年其次,2015年最差,可见对于需求侧响应资源价值而言,层次分析法是一种科学有效的评估方法.%This paper analyzes the value characteristics of demand-side response resources.the evaluation index of the value of the demand-side respond resource should be built firstly.Then,build the model of the evaluation on demand side response project based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),construct the judgment matrix,and obtain the combination weight vector of the lowest level to the highest level by the single order of the hierarchy and the ranking of the hierarchy.Finally,we can find that the effect of the implementation of the best in 2014,followed by 2013,the worst conclusion in 2015.It can be seen that AHP is a scientific and effective method for assessing resource value.
