How to improve the development level of integrated energy service business has become an urgent problem for power grid companies. In the current market environment, the implementation of mixed ownership reform will be the only way to improve the development level of the grid company′s integrated energy services business. Therefore, this paper explores the mixed ownership reform model for the grid company′s integrated energy service business. Firstly, it analyzes the development status of the integrated energy service business of the power grid company. Secondly, on the basis of the successful experience of the mixed case study of the state-owned enterprises, it puts forward three modes of the comprehensive energy service business of the power grid company to carry out the reform of the mixed ownership system. Finally, the three models are compared to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of each model.
