三相光伏并网逆变器动态建型与灵敏度分析

         

摘要

Considering the photovohaie array as front end of grid-connected inverter and the effect of inverter operating point and photovoltaic array characteristics on its dynamic response,a detailed analytical expression of small signal model is deduced which based on the average model of three phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter,and the model and the scheme of control system are put forward accordingly.The effect of electrical parameters variation as photovoltaic DC out-put voltage, photovoltaic array transeonductanee, grid voltage,grid inductance etc on system stability and sensitivity is ana-lyzed,so the validity of small signal model is verified,which provide solid theoretical fundamentals for dynamic response analysis of photovoltaie grid-connected inverter and controller design.%以光伏阵列作为并网逆变器的前端输入,在二三相光伏并网逆变器平均模型的基础上,考虑逆变器稳定运行点和光伏阵列特性对逆变器动态响心的影响,详细推导系统小信号模型的数学表达式,提出控制系统的模型和策略.研究表明光伏直流电压、光伏模块的跨导、电网电压和电网阻抗等参数的变化会影响控制系统稳定性和灵敏度,从而验证小信号模型的有效性,为光伏并网逆变器的动态响应分析和控制器设计提供重要的理论依据.
