应用于链式PCS系统的双主动全桥移相控制研究

         

摘要

隔离式双向双主动全桥(DAB)单元作为链式功率转换系统(PCS)的核心单元直接影响系统调压范围.将双重移相方式应用于DAB单元,形成一种新型移相控制方式.该控制方式在满足电路功率双向传递的基础上,提高了DAB单元的调压范围,减小了电感电流换向所引起的功率环流损耗.采用FPGA和DSP作为主控器件,搭建了链式PCS系统实验平台.实验结果验证了理论和仿真分析的正确性.%As a core part of the power conversion system (PCS) based on the cascaded multilevel converters, the bidirectional isolate dual active bridge (DAB) circuit plays an important role in voltage regulating. With the dual phase shift control method,a novel control method is formed.In addition to bi-directional power flow,the dual phase shift method has more wider range in voltage regulating than the singal phase shift method.And it can also decrease the circle power loss.The prototype of the PCS system is built which uses FPGA and DSP as the core controlling device. Experimental results proves the correctness of theoretical analyses and simulation research.
