一种新的单相逆变器调制方法的研究与实现

         

摘要

逆变器直流侧电解电容是影响逆变器寿命的关键因素,因此减小直流侧电解电容并消除直流侧谐波对逆变器输出的影响具有重要的意义.对三相整流电路输出侧谐波进行了分析,根据脉宽调制面积等效的原理,通过补偿的方法,推导了新的正弦脉宽调( SPWM)制函数,可消除直流侧电压谐波对逆变器的影响.利用Matlab仿真软件验证了理论的正确性.最后以TMSLF2407A型DSP为控制核心进行实验验证,验证了理论的可行性.%Electrolytic capacitor in DC-link of inverter is the key factor of lifetime of inverter,so it is significant to reduce its size and remove the influence of the DC-link harmonics to the output of inverter.The paper analyzes the voltage harmonics of the output of the three-phase rectifier circuit.Through compensation, the paper proposes a new SPWM modulation technology which can remove the influence of the DC-link harmonics to the inverter according to the theorem of area equivalent which is the fundament of PWM technology.The new modulation technology is simulated with Matlab software and the simulation results prove the correction of the new modulation technology.Finally, the paper introduces the experiment based on DSP TMS320LF2407A.The experimental results prove the reality of the new modulation technology.
