一种高性能车载直流电源设计

         

摘要

针对某特种车辆高功率密度、高可靠性、低输出纹波及高动态特性的要求,提出一种采用主从均流控制的并-并型推挽组合变换器.该组合变换器由两路推挽变换器交错并联组成,基于电流峰值控制的主从均流不仅解决了输出均流问题,而且有效抑制了推挽电路中变压器偏磁问题,极大地减小了滤波电容体积.实验表明,该电源具有低输出电压纹波和较快的动态响应.%This paper proposes a parallel connected DC/DC converter with master-slave current sharing for high reliability and high power density application of a special vehicle.This converter is made up of two push-pull circuit with interleaving parallel. Current programmed control can prevent transformer flux density bias in push-pull circuit. Output current sharing is achieved by master-slave control. Input and output filer capacitors are much smaller than traditional converter. The experiment shows that the converter has high dynamic performance and low output voltage ripple.
