一种新的内置式永磁同步电机弱磁控制方法

         

摘要

In order to make the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM),using the maximum torque per ampere control mode when it's speed below the base rate smooth and quickly switch to the flux-weakening control mode when it's speed faster than the base rate ,a flux-weakening control strategy which take current lead angle as control object is designed. According to the difference between phase voltage reference value and the actual value,a proportional coefficient is modulated by anti-windup integrator quickly, and roles it to the current lead angle of the current vector, making the current vector turn to the d-axis deflection to achieve the effect of flux-weakening. The experimental results demonstrate that the flux-weakening control system can obtain a stability and fast dynamic response.%为使基速下采用最大转矩电流比控制方式的内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)平稳而快速地切换到基速以上的弱磁控制方式,设计了一种以电流超前角为控制对象弱磁控制策略.根据相电压参考值与实际值的差,运用抗饱和积分器快速调制得到一个比例系数并将其作用到定子电流矢量的超前角上,使定子电流矢量向d轴方向偏转达到弱磁效果.实验结果验证了该弱磁控制系统可获得稳定快速的动态响应.
