层叠母排并联支路杂散电感建模及测量方法

             

摘要

建立精确母排的杂散电感模型是准确分析绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)可靠性的关键问题之一.大功率IGBT模块通常存在2~3个功率端子,端子之间的均流特性与母排所在支路的杂散电感相关.以一台三相两电平车载逆变器叠层母排作为研究对象,建立了母排并联支路的局部自感和互感模型,并对模型进行简化.借助Q3D仿真工具,对母排并联支路局部杂散电感进行提取,验证了模型简化方法的准确性.同时提出一种高精度的母排局部杂散电感测量方法,验证了杂散电感仿真结果的正确性.%Establishing accurate bus stray inductance model is one of the key issues of analyzing the reliability of insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT).Generally,there are 2 or 3 power terminals on high power IGBT module.The transient current sharing of the same polarity power terminals are related to stray inductance of the paralleling branch.Based on a vehicle three-phase two-level laminated bus bar that exist paralleling branch,the partial self-inductance and mutual-inductance model of the parallel branch is established and simplified.The accuracy of the simplified method is verified based on the simulation using Q3D.At the same time,a kind of high precision partial stray inductance measurement method is put forward.Experimental tests verify the accuracy of the simulation.
