BLDCM高频链驱动器的三三换相信号构造及运行

         

摘要

In order to solve the bridge arm short circuit problem in conventional three phase inverter drive brushless direct current motor(BLDCM),the high frequency link matrix inverter driving BLDCM is studied in the three-three conduction mode,and of which the safe commutation of matrix converter is realized by using de-coupling modulation,at the same time for the problem of three-three conduction commutation signal and Hall signal jump edge do not coincide,thus not directly through the Hall position signal provide commutation signal problem,a method for obtaining three-three conduction commutation signal by Hall position signal with six frequency multiplication is proposed.The operating mode of high frequency link inverter in a sector is analyzed in detail,and the principle of new commutation signal synthesis is described,and based on the Matlab/Simulink simulation,the experimental verification is carried out.%为克服传统非隔离型三相逆变器驱动无刷直流电机(BLDCM)三三导通运行时潜在的桥臂直通短路问题,研究了高频链矩阵式逆变器驱动BLDCM三三导通控制,采用基于方波的解结耦调制实现了矩阵变换器的安全换流.针对三三导通换相信号与霍尔位置信号跳变沿不重合,不能直接通过霍尔位置信号提供换相信号的问题,提出了通过对霍尔位置信号六倍频获得三三导通换相信号的构造方法.分析了高频链矩阵式逆变器在一个扇区内的工作模态,阐述了新型换相信号构造原理,在Matlab/Simulink仿真的基础上进行了实验验证.
