浅谈深圳地区的电力需求侧管理

摘要

Combined with the practice in Shenzhen City, this paper analyses basic conditions to practise DSM interms of price system, relation between ownership and management, power structure, etc. The necessity and urgency ofpromoting DSM and carrying out integrated resources plan are clarified, and ideas of carrying out DSM are raised.%本文结合深圳地区实际，从电价体系、产权关系、电源结构等方面分析了深圳地区推行DsM的基础条件，阐明促进DsM，实行综合资源规划的必要性和紧迫性，提出了实施DsM的工作设想。
