电网故障抢修一体化调度决策系统设计及应用

     

摘要

In light of solve the problems of the poor data ex-change ability, and the data island which causes the low efficiency in95598, MIS, GIS, SCADA and FTU systems in power supply en-terprise, in accordance with the index requirements, the fault-re-pair integrated decision-making system coupling with 95598, MIS and GIS system has been established. Cooperation with the electric power marketing and distribution data exchange and share, comb-ing the 2D/3D GIS spatial data and GPS vehicle positioning infor-mation, the conventional"passive repair"model has been instead by"active repair"mode, which can realize the dynamic visualiza-tion during the power fault-repair whole process and reduce the fault-repair time to improve the power supply reliability and the customer service level.%针对供电企业现有95598、MIS、GIS、SCADA和FTU等系统间数据交互共享能力差、出现"数据孤岛"、数据利用效率较低等问题,按照电网智能抢修指标要求,建立集95598、MIS和GIS等系统耦合为一体的故障抢修调度决策系统.在供电企业营配协同数据共享的基础上,结合二维/三维GIS地理空间数据和GPS车载定位信息,以"主动抢修"模式代替常规"被动抢修",实现抢修全过程的动态可视化决策和调度管理,缩短故障抢修时间,提升供电可靠性和客户服务水平.
